We are seeking a Montessori-credentialed Early Childhood (3-6) teacher or an adult learner enrolled in a Montessori training program to guide children 3 to 6 years of age on their journey to independence. The teacher will lead the classroom team in developing a peaceful and nurturing environment in which children will develop and grow socially, cognitively, emotionally, and physically.
Our ideal candidate embraces the Montessori philosophy and has a genuine passion for working with children as well as the principles of equity and social justice. The ability to build strong and supportive relationships with children, parents, and community members is required in this position.

Our World Montessori is a diverse and vibrant community of learners from all areas of New York’s Capital District. Our children explore, learn, and work together in a warm and nurturing home-like environment. We are a thriving school serving and educating over 60 children from 18 months through kindergarten for more than 21 years.
