Primary Lead Teacher (Ages 3–6)

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and dedicated Montessori educator for our Primary (3–6) classroom.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Montessori philosophy and a strong commitment to holistic child development.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain an authentic Montessori classroom environment
• Guide children in individualized and small-group lessons
• Support social-emotional growth and independence
• Observe and assess student progress
• Maintain open communication with families
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership
• Participate in school events and professional development
  
  

Qualifications:

• Montessori Early Childhood (3–6) Certification (AMS preferred)
• Experience in a Montessori classroom setting
• Strong classroom management skills rooted in Montessori principles
• Ability to build strong partnerships with families
• Passion for early childhood education
