Spend the summer in beautiful southern Vermont! We are looking for a Primary trained Montessori teacher to lead a Children's House classroom for all or part of possible seven weeks of our summer program (June 22nd - August 7th). The mornings are a regular Montessori work cycle, often utilizing our outdoor classroom space. The afternoons are "older time" for the kindergarten ages students, and a rest period for the younger students. This position could be for the mornings (8 a.m.-noon) or for the full day (8 a.m.-3 p.m.). It could also be divided into a 2, 3 or 4 week position. We can help with housing! Our campus is beautiful and the summer program has a wonderful balance of structure and freedom, making good use of the beautiful outdoor space.
Hourly compensation for the summer hours will be commensurate with experience ($24-34/hour).
