We are seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Please come join our growing family of Montessori educators. The position runs August through June. The hours are Monday-Friday, from 8:00am until 3:30pm, with occasional after hours as needed for staff or parent events.
Competitive yearly salary commensurate with education and experience.
Requirements:
Experience as a Montessori Lead Teacher
Must possess the Delaware First Qualification Certification as an Early Childhood Lead Teacher
Montessori certification as an Infant/Toddler Teacher
Must be able to pass a background check and the adult abuse registry search
CPR/First Aid certification and Medication Administration Certification
