We are seeking a warm, reflective, and dedicated Montessori Lower Elementary Teacher to join our 6–9 classroom community. The ideal candidate brings curiosity, professionalism, and a deep respect for the developmental needs of the Lower Elementary child. We welcome applicants who are fully certified or currently completing their Montessori training, including those in practicum. What matters most is a strong commitment to authentic Montessori practice, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine love for guiding children as they move into greater independence, abstract thinking, and social awareness.
In this role, you will help maintain a beautiful, orderly environment; present lessons with clarity and intention; observe children to inform individualized instruction; and nurture a classroom culture grounded in respect, responsibility, and joyful learning.
