Alcuin Montessori School is seeking to fill (2) full-time Office Manager positions. Qualified applicants should have experience working in a Montessori or other school setting and be familiar with the roles and responsibilities of managing a school office. As the first person to welcome students, parents and staff to the office, the role of this position is to provide a warm, welcoming and helpful experience to all. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, independent, detail-oriented and an excellent multi-tasker. General duties include answering phones, helping students, ordering supplies, arranging for transportation and field trips, providing support to the Business Manager and Advancement Director, and working with a variety of office software.
