Andover School of Montessori seeks a full-time, 12 month Assistant Director of Enrollment Management and Marketing to begin immediately. The assistant reports to the Director of Enrollment Management and Marketing and is charged with collaborating in the planning and implementation of activities in the admission office. The Assistant Director supports the marketing, recruitment and interviewing process leading to the selection, enrollment and retention of the student body. She/He will represent the school and its mission to prospective families and the community. Qualified applicants should have admission experience, preferably at the pre-school and elementary levels. We seek applicants with excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with planning and running events, photography and social media skills desired.
