We’re looking for rare humans to join our team as Guides—not teachers. Guides cultivate spaces where children discover their power, pursue mastery, and rise as leaders.

What You’ll Do
- Guide a multi-age group of learners through rhythms that include core skills, quests, movement, passion projects, and reflection.
- Support a self-paced, learner-led environment—no lectures, no grades, no power struggles.
- Lead small-group discussions, collaborative challenges, and creative experiences.
- Build relationships rooted in trust, curiosity, and mutual respect.
- Learn alongside the children—because the journey never ends.
- Collaborate with other Guides, receive ongoing mentorship, and grow in leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence.
