Montessori Adolescent Teacher (Ages 12–14)

Montessori Children’s School in Jacksonville, North Carolina is growing, and we are excited to expand our established Adolescent Program! We are seeking a passionate, trained, and certified Adolescent Teacher (Secondary I preferred) to join our dedicated team for the 2026–2027 school year.

Our neighborhood campus features beautifully prepared classrooms, wooded trails, and peaceful outdoor spaces designed for students to work, play, and grow. The Ideal Candidate
We are searching for an educator who:

Holds a Montessori Secondary I (Adolescent) credential from a MACTE-accredited training program (preferred).

Brings experience, passion, and curiosity to adolescent education.

Creates stimulating, engaging learning environments that foster independence and collaboration.

Incorporates the outdoors as a natural extension of the classroom.

Demonstrates strong classroom management rooted in kindness and respect.
