The Montessori School of Northampton is looking for a dynamic, creative and nurturing Lead Guide for our combined grades 4-6 classroom who has Demonstrated knowledge and skill in instructional principles, methods and techniques. Ability to effectively teach to a wide range of students’ academic needs, interests and varying abilities. Culturally responsive classroom management that treats children with unconditional positive regard is required. Ability to develop positive, trusting relationships within the community. Position requires some outside of school day activities such as school events and an overnight class retreat.
