Minimum of an Associate's degree, AMS/AMI, or a MACTE-accredited training certificate.
Strong classroom management, guiding behavior, and curriculum implementation skills.
Familiarity with lesson presentations & lesson plans.
At least two years of lead teacher working experience in a Montessori classroom.

Commitment to WA departments' requirements and qualification professional development training.
