The Montessori Academy of North Hoffman is seeking a lead toddler guide for both the summer of 2023 as well as for the 2023-2024 academic years. Full-time positions are available. We are an AMS accredited school with over 200 students ranging from ages 3 months-18 years. Successful applicants will possess a strong conviction for Montessori philosophy as well as initiative, leadership, management, and organizational skills. In addition, the ability to problem solve and communicate effectively with staff, parents, children, and the Head of School is imperative. The position requires either an AMI or AMS diploma. Two years of experience is preferred but not required.
Salary and compensation is competitive, commensurate with education and experience. Paid time off includes (2 weeks at Winter Break and the last week of July) as well as an additional 12 paid days off to take during the year.
