Lead AMI-Trained Primary Guide

Corte Madera Montessori (CMM) is seeking an AMI-trained Lead Primary (3-6) guide.  CMM has been serving the families of Marin County, just north of the Golden Gate bridge, for more than 30 years.  We are a family owned and operated school with an intimate supportive environment dedicated to providing children with a loving and authentic Montessori experience. 

Our sun-filled classrooms have materials that represent the full Primary Montessori curriculum.  Our children also have access to a courtyard with garden plots, a large playground, and nature walks.

This is a full-time position beginning August 14th, 2024.

Our ideal candidate:

• Holds a Primary AMI Diploma
• 1 year minimum of experience in a Montessori classroom preferred
• Desires to be a part of a team focused on continued improvement
• Is interested in providing and receiving feedback and mentorship
• Is dedicated to implementing authentic Montessori principles and curriculum
