Montessori Trained Lead Primary Guide (3-6)

CHMS is hiring a full time Montessori lead primary guide (3-6) for our 3 year old - 6 year old preschool learning environment. Established in 2000, we believe in providing a high-quality Montessori education in a safe and supportive enviornment while honoring the individual talents of each child. We celebrate a diverse and seasoned staff community, with faculty from every continent, except for Australia and Antartica (we are still working on those two continents) and many have called CHMS home for at least 15 years. CHMS is a community of fun professionals who are empathetic, kind, and selfless.

Qualifications

• Loves young children 
• Has a high willingness to learn
• Is punctual and professional
• Is selfless and puts other adults and students first
• Can collaborate well with other adult Montessori Guides
• Emodies clear, succinct, and respectful writing and speaking abilities 
• Is open to sharing your gifts with children and staff (ie. appreciation of music, arts, culture, physical activity)
• Works 7.5 hours - 8 hours/daily and 10-12 months of the calendar year 
• Possesses appropriate and required documents:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • AMS, AMI and/or MACTE Montessori certification
  • Legal to work in the USA
