Spark Montessori is an authentic Montessori school that seeks a Montessori trained teacher to assist in our Primary classroom. This person will work directly with our Director of Education, Margaret Combs, and will transition into a lead teacher role within a year’s time.

- Exhibit patience, organization, and leadership in the classroom
- Ability to coach/mentor classroom assistants
- Receptive to input, feedback, and ideas
- Work collaboratively and cooperatively with their teammates
- Staff must be willing and able to creatively and proactively solve problems
- Commitment to continuous professional development and growth
- AMS or AMI certified at the Primary level (3-6)
- At least 3 years of experience working in a Montessori classroom
- Meet the DCFS requirements for a teacher
