Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Upper Elementary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Montessori principles and a commitment to guiding students in their academic and personal growth. This position involves working with students in 4th through 6th grades and requires a collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment that promotes exploration and inquiry.
• Plan and implement engaging Montessori lessons aligned with students' interests and developmental needs.
• Foster a sense of community within the classroom and school, encouraging collaboration and mutual respect.
• Assess and document student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the broader school community to enhance the educational experience.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and school events.

Qualifications:

• Montessori Elementary II Certification (preferred) or willingness to pursue Montessori training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Experience working with upper elementary-aged children.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
• Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
