Job Description:
We are seeking a warm, patient, and experienced Toddler Guide to join our vibrant community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about guiding toddlers (ages 18 months to 3 years) through their early developmental milestones. You will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and enriching environment that fosters both independence and a sense of belonging for each child.

As a Toddler Guide, you will work closely with a team of educators to nurture the emotional, social, and cognitive growth of the children. Your role will involve engaging children through hands-on learning activities, supporting their emotional needs, and guiding them in their journey of discovering the world around them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement an engaging, child-centered curriculum tailored to toddlers’ developmental stages.
  • Foster a warm, nurturing, and respectful environment where children feel safe and supported.
  • Encourage language development, social skills, and emotional intelligence through play-based learning and guided activities.
  • Provide individualized attention to each child to meet their specific needs and milestones.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of educators to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to child development.
  • Establish positive relationships with parents and caregivers, providing updates on each child’s progress and well-being.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
  • Support children with transitioning to new activities, managing emotions, and developing essential social skills.

Qualifications:

  • A deep passion for early childhood education and the development of young children.
  • Experience working with toddlers in an early childhood or educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of child development, particularly in the toddler age range.
  • Ability to create and implement a developmentally appropriate, engaging curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Patience, empathy, and a deep commitment to fostering each child's unique potential.
