School in the Hills is in its 16th year of providing authentic Montessori for hundreds of families while fostering an environment of grace and courtesy. We are now accepting applications for MACTE accredited Certified Lead Guides at the Primary (3-6) level to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year.

Job Requirements:

  • MACTE accredited Montessori certification affiliated with AMS or AMI
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working in a Montessori classroom
  • A kind and genuine approach to children and their families
  • Strong communication skills with a calm demeanor for leading groups of children

Each team member receives training from our team with opportunities to receive sponsorship for additional training and career development.
