The ideal candidate will have Montessori or other teaching experience, a bachelor's degree in English Literature, Language Arts, History, or Humanities, and have or be willing to obtain a Montessori Secondary-I credential. The candidate will become part of a three-guide team with specific responsibility for teaching language arts and another academic subject, as well as participating in supporting the continued success and growth of the entire program, including service learning, operation of small business, cooking, outdoor education, and several overnight trips.
