• Requirements for all Lead Guide Positions:
  
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Montessori diploma (or in process of acquiring) for the level at which they will serve
  • Commitment to Montessori pedagogy and ongoing professional development
  • Commitment to a culture of collegiality, and active support of and collaboration with colleagues
