New Classroom: Part-Time Montessori Lead Teacher

The Westmont Montessori School is located in beautiful Mendham, NJ, less than an hour outside of NYC. Westmon is seeking a trained Lead Early Childhood teacher to join our wonderful school. This position is a part-time 10 month position with possible summer hours in addition. We are seeking someone to join our team with the following skills:

• Completed Early Childhood or Infant/Toddler Montessori training certificate from an accredited Montessori training center
• Bachelor's degree
• Passionate about education
• Excellent observation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and assistants
• Ability to multi-task and maintain professionalism  
• Ability to plan, be organized, and provide a well prepared environment 
• Life-long learner that models continued interest in the pedagogy and personal growth
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the classroom is a plus!
