Toddler Floater:

Located on a beautiful 23-acre campus in Brentwood, Tennessee (just outside of Nashville) Montessori Academy (MA) is a growing school that is fully accredited by the American Montessori Society, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (now known as Cognia) and the International Montessori Council. We currently serve 300 students, providing Montessori education for children ages 18 months through High School. We have a strong and inclusive community of educators and families, all supporting our mission of educating and inspiring life-long learners.   

As our school continues to grow, we are actively looking for the right people to join our team. We are always interested in speaking with enthusiastic, qualified Montessori educators. Currently we are hiring for a Toddler Floater Position (18 mos-36 mos). Candidates must be 21 years of age or older and possess a high school degree. Previous childcare experience is required, previous Montessori experience is preferred. The Floater must be aware of the needs of the classroom and be familiar with all classroom teachers and students. The floater relieves breaks for classroom teachers and has additional responsibilities including cleaning and laundry.
