Position Summary

This is a leadership, internal support, and management position responsible for the overall success of the center. The Director is ultimately accountable for all aspects of center operations, including staff performance, program quality, regulatory compliance, and family satisfaction. This role works cooperatively with the CEO to create and maintain a high-quality delivery of service to families, children, and employees.

The Director is eager to take ownership of the center’s outcomes and ensure alignment with its mission and values. This includes overseeing and developing the teaching staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth, and modeling exemplary leadership. The role requires effectively managing administrative, operational, and programming tasks, making on-the-spot decisions, and solving problems proactively. The Director reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with staff and the management team to deliver a superior early childhood education experience. This position is part  of the Brightonview Montessori group. 

Essential Functions: Makes decisions and integrates plans aligned with the center’s mission. Is accountable and responsible for outcomes as a result of decisions and makes adjustments.

Requirements:

  • AMS or AMI diploma holder in ages 0-3 or 3-6
  • Bachelors Degree in related field, prefer Masters Degree
  • 2+ years of experience as Facility Director
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration
  • At least two letters of recommendation from previous Directors
  • Committed to start June 16, 2025
  • Committed to full-time, year round employment

  • Competitive compensation. The salary for this position ranges from 75,000-90,000 annually, depending on education experience
