Now in our 18th year of providing authentic Montessori for hundreds of families, we are currently accepting applications for Certified Lead Guides at the Primary/Early Childhood level (3-6 years old).
School in the Hills offers highly competitive compensation and benefits, including an immediate 30 days of paid time off for scheduled closures, including holidays, and catered meals from our professional kitchen team. This time off is in addition to our standard sick and PTO policies.
Job Requirements:
- MACTE-accredited Montessori certification is required (we will consider sponsoring certification for the right candidate with relevant experience and education)
- Bachelor's degree required, Masters degree is a plus
- Relevant teaching experience at the Primary level required, Montessori teaching experience preferred
- A kind and genuine approach to children and their families
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a calm demeanor for leading groups of children
- Genuine passion for working with this age group and educating for the future!
