Lial Catholic School, sponsored by the Sisters of Notre Dame, is located on 94 acres in the Oak Openings region of Whitehouse, OH. Lial has a Principal opening for the 2025-26 school year. The principal will work closely with the Head of School ensuring the day to day operations, curriculum and instruction, and spiritual development of students and staff are met.

The Beauty of Multi-Age
Lial Catholic School is accrediated through the OCSAA. Its Readiness program (PreK-K) is a member of AMS. Lial’s Primary (1-2), Intermediate (3-5) and Middle School (6-8) multi-age classrooms allow students multiple opportunities and multiple years, if necessary, to develop success while providing extensions to students who are ready to learn more. Students move through the curriculum at his or her own pace growing in self-confidence as they do so. There is no other school like Lial. It is a beautiful blend of tradtional and Montessori practices with faith at the center of everything we do. A day would not be complete without leaf pile jumping, sledding down the meadow hill or building forts in the woods.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Hold a valid Administrative license (preferred)
Have 3-5 years classroom teaching experience
Have administrative experience (preferred)
Be a practicing Catholic
