The Montessori Academy of North Hoffman is seeking a lead infant/toddler guide for the upcoming school year. Fulll-time, year round positions are available. We are an AMS accredited school with about 170 students ranging from ages 3 months-18 years. Successful applicants will possess a strong conviction for Montessori philosophy as well as initiative, leadership, management, and organizational skills. In addition, the ability to problem solve and communicate effectively with staff, parents, children, and the Head of School is imperative. The position requires either an AMI or AMS diploma. Two years of experience is preferred but not required.
Salary and compensation is competitive, commensurate with education and experience. Paid time off includes (Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th Thanksgiving Break, 2 weeks at Winter Break and the last week of July) as well as an additional 20 paid days off to take during the year. We offer health and dental insurance as well as 401K with the school matching 3%. We also offer a discount for all employee children.
