Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a Primary Montessori classroom with integrity and adherence to Montessori principles.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow.
- Apply Montessori pedagogy to every aspect of the classroom, ensuring an authentic and enriching experience for all students.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support a cohesive and nurturing school community.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to foster a supportive home-school relationship.
Qualifications:
- AMI or AMS Montessori certification.
- EEC Lead Teacher certified
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience leading an authentic Primary Montessori classroom.
- A deep commitment to Montessori philosophy and practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A joyful and passionate approach to teaching and guiding children.
