Job Description:The Toddler Guide has an important role at TMS in fostering the holistic development of toddlers aged 18 months to 3 years old. The Guide's responsibilities include creating a prepared environment, guiding individual and group activities, observing and assessing children's progress, and encouraging a love for learning. Our Guides work collaboratively with families, TMS staff and educators and the Toddler Community to provide a supportive and positive educational experience for our toddlers. TMS offers compensation commensurate with experience along with professional development, full health benefits, and employer contribution to 403(b) plan.
