Lexington Montessori School is seeking a part-time (20 hours a week, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM) Counselor for the 2025-26 school year. This Counselor will support students by collaborating with teachers and families, bringing expertise in child development and mental health. LMS prioritizes social emotional learning as an essential part of school life, grounded in our anti-bias curriculum from toddler through middle school. This position supports those efforts by providing resources and professional development for both staff and families. 

Candidates should be a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Experience with Montessori curriculum, philosophy, or pedagogy is preferred. LMS features a collegial faculty committed to both diversity and the Montessori approach to education.
