Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's House Guide to lead a mixed-age classroom of children aged 2.5 to 6 years. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Montessori principles and a passion for nurturing the holistic development of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Classroom Leadership: Plan, organize, and provide learning experiences in an authentic Montessori environment, guiding children across all subject areas.
  
  
• Individualized Instruction: Observe and assist children as they work with Montessori materials, offering guidance to foster their development.
  
  
• Environment Preparation: Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, promoting independent learning and exploration.
  
  
• Community Engagement: Participate in school events and activities, contributing to a strong school community.

Qualifications:

• Montessori Certification: AMI or AMS certification for the Children's House age group.
• Experience: Previous experience as a lead guide in a Montessori Children's House environment. 5 or more years is required. 
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the broader school community.
