Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Lead Teachers to join our team. Ideal candidates will:

• Hold Montessori certification (AMS, AMI, or MACTE-accredited training) appropriate to the age level.
• Have experience leading a Montessori classroom.
• Foster a warm and engaging learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of child development and Montessori philosophy.
