Montessori Country School is conducting a national search to identify its new Head of School to begin serving July 1, 2026.

Montessori Country School has been serving children for the past 53 years on beautiful Bainbridge Island, Washington. What originally began as a one-room Montessori preschool program has now evolved into a vibrant, AMS-accredited Montessori school dedicated to serving children from birth to twelve years old.  We are seeking a community-oriented leader who is committed to authentic Montessori education, supporting a fantastic group of educators, while cultivating an inclusive and welcoming school environment.
