Primary Lead Teacher

Monarch Montessori of Lake Mary is seeking to employ a certified Primary Montessori Teacher (3-6yrs) for the upcoming 2025/26 school year.

Preferred education and experience for ideal candidates would be:

• AMS Montessori teaching certificate (MACTE accredited)
• 3-5 years of experience as a Lead Teacher
• Active CDA
• Have a natural love for working with children
• A desire to expand one's knowledge through continued education

Candidates will be required to complete the Florida Early Childhood Professional Development coursework (45hrs) within the specified timeframes.

Monarch Montessori of Lake Mary is conveniently located in beautiful Lake Mary, Florida, with close proximity to major highways and airports. We are within a 30-40 minutes drive to the beach and attractions!

Our school serves children from as young as 18 months old in our toddler program all the way up to 6th grade. We have beautifully equipped classrooms and  serene campus grounds.
