Preprimary or Early Elementary Certified Teacher

Join our team of Montessori professionals in Brandon, Riverview, and SouthShore, where we seek enthusiastic and qualified teachers for our 3–6 classrooms who will be responsible for providing a nurturing, productive environment while keeping the mission and vision of our school.  As a Montessori teacher, your patience, compassion, and commitment will help foster a warm, respectful, and engaging learning environment where each child feels empowered to explore, grow, and thrive. You will guide children through meaningful milestones as they develop independence and self-confidence.

Your responsibilities will include helping each child:

• Develop social and emotional skills by modeling positive relationships and fostering community with peers, educators, and families.
• Strengthen intellectual and cognitive growth through hands-on discovery and purposeful engagement with Montessori materials.
• Cultivate creativity and fine motor skills through art, music, and multi-sensory activities that support individual expression and coordination.
• Build gross motor skills with daily outdoor play and movement-based activities that promote physical development.
• Incorporating environmental awareness and cultural appreciation into everyday learning experiences can foster a love and respect for nature and diversity.

Qualifications

- Montessori 3-6 Certificate from a MACTE-accredited program.
- Interns welcome
- Montessori Certification (ages 3- 6) and/or Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferably in Early Childhood or Elementary Education). 
- Team mindset and the ability to work with a team of teachers to achieve the mission and vision of the school. Compensation
