Clermont Montessori Bilingual Academy is a sister school to Orlando Montessori Bilingual Academy in Orlando, Florida, and is seeking dedicated and passionate AMS-certified Lead Teachers for both our Primary (3–6 years) and Elementary classrooms. We are a growing, bilingual Montessori school located in beautiful Clermont, Florida, committed to providing a nurturing and academically rich environment where children can thrive in accordance with Montessori philosophy. CMBA promotes from within and sponsors teacher education.

Position Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain a Montessori learning environment in accordance with AMS standards
• Provide individualized and group lessons based on observations and developmental needs
• Guide students in their academic, emotional, and social development
• Maintain accurate student records and reports
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and administrators
• Supervise and collaborate with a classroom assistant
• Foster a bilingual and multicultural classroom environment
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom space
• Support the mission and values of Clermont Montessori Bilingual Academy
Qualifications:
• AMS Montessori Certification (Primary or Elementary, depending on position)
• Bachelor’s degree (required); advanced degree in education or related field (preferred)
• At least 1 year of classroom teaching experience (Montessori preferred)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) or experience in a bilingual setting strongly preferred
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Passion for Montessori education and child-centered learning
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
