Toddler Assistant
The Children's Tree Montessori School in Old Saybrook, CT, is seeking a Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our amazing team of teachers and wonderful school community. Qualified candidates will have Montessori assistant training or be willing to take school school sponsored training this summer. The ideal candidate will have Montessori training from a MACTE accredited training center, experience working in a Montessori Infant/Toddler classroom or with ages 0-3, a love for Montessori education and a respect for all children.
Qualifications
Montessori Infant/Toddler Assistant Certification
Ability to communicate and collaborate with the lead teacher, staff, and administration
Ability to support the lead teacher with the children's needs in all areas - physical, social, and intellectual
Strong classroom management skills
Passion for working with children and families
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding all children, families, faculty, and the school
