Toddler Guide Opening on the Island of St. Thomas

Are you a passionate Montessorian ready for an adventure? VIMSIA (Virgin Islands Montessori School & Peter Gruber International Academy) is seeking a full-time trained Toddler Guide to lead one of our two Toddler classrooms on our lush, tropical campus in beautiful St. Thomas.

Qualifications:

• AMS or AMI Montessori Diploma in Assistants to Infancy (0-3) required or in progress
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
• Excellent observation, planning, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and treat others with kindness and respect
• Eagerness to grow professionally and work collaboratively
