DSM is located in the beautiful Central Oregon community of Bend. The sponsoring Bend-La Pine School District and the Bend community are very supportive of the school. DSM received an amazing Implementation Grant of $450,000 from the Oregon Department of Education for our start up years, and the classrooms are complete with beautiful Montessori materials and furnishings.
The successful candidate will preferably have a Montessori teaching certification and teaching experience. Oregon State Licensure is required. Salary is commensurate with credentials and experience. The compensation package includes professional development opportunities, medical insurance, paid days off, and the Oregon PERS retirement fund.
