Position Summary
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can have a direct impact on the lives of your students, their families and the educators. We are a privately owned family Montessori school whose mission is to build a strong relationship with all of our families, to serve as an extension of their family and work as partners for the success of the child. The campus is located in Redmond and serves nearly 100 families. Your focus will be AMS alignment over the next two years.
The ideal candidate will have high-integrity and enjoy setting goals and achieving outcomes in alignment with our mission and values. They will be decisive, experienced and find value in serving others. The role will be working closely with our educators, families and students. We believe in fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth, and modeling exemplary leadership. The role requires effectively managing administrative, operational, and programming tasks, making on-the-spot decisions, and solving problems proactively. The Director reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with staff and the management team to deliver a superior early childhood education experience. This position is part of the Brightonview Montessori group.

Requirements:
- AMS or AMI diploma holder in ages 0-3 or 3-6
- Bachelors Degree in related field, prefer Masters Degree
- 2+ years of experience as Facility Director
- 5+ years of experience in Administration
- Committed to start June 16, 2025 (potential to start in Fall)
