Our International Montessori school is seeking an experienced certified Lower Elementary Lead Teacher who is passionateabout fostering a love of learning for children aged 6 to 9 years old. As the Lead Guide, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, guiding students in their academic, social, and emotional development, and maintaining effective communication with parents while working alongside our Administration Team.

- Montessori Certification for Lower Elementary (ages 6-9) is required
- Montessori Certification for Upper Elementary (ages 9-12) is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Montessori Lower Elementary Lead Guide
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Develop and implement lesson plans aligning with Montessori philosophy and curriculum for Lower Elementary
- Guide students in academic, social, and emotional development

- Maintain accurate and thorough records of student progress and regularly communicate with parents and our administration team
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide events and activities
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated with developments in Montessori education
