American Montessori Academy – Uptown-Andersonville is actively seeking dedicated and experienced Montessori Lead Educators for our Infant & Toddler program (ages 0-3 years). We are looking for passionate educators who are committed to fostering the cognitive, emotional, and social development of young children within an authentic Montessori environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate an ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and colleagues to create a nurturing and collegial classroom community. Preference will be given to applicants who have prior experience as a lead teacher working with the Infant & Toddler age group and who are enthusiastic about the Montessori philosophy and methodology.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 (commensurate with experience)
